iPad, iPod and AirPods max. CHF 49.50, iPhone and Apple Watch max. CHF 99.-. If no errors can be detected, we charge a handling fee of CHF 99.- (also during the warranty period). Software errors are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In the case of a defect caused by external impact (e.g. liquid or fall), we will generally provide a cost estimate. We grant 3 months warranty on replaced hardware. We do not assume any responsibility for subsequent defects that are not related to the repair.

Up to CHF 198, repairs will be carried out without a cost estimate. A lump-sum cost estimate of max. CHF 198.- will be charged for repairs that are not carried out. If no error is found, we charge a processing fee of CHF 99.- (also during the warranty period). Software errors are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
