Versatile areas of activity.

Retail.

Be part of the largest independent Apple retailer in Switzerland. Our focus in the 12 branches is on expertise and services before and after the purchase of an Apple product. At the Zurich branch, we are the first partner in Europe to be awarded the highest status of Apple Premium Partner (APP).

Repair.

Help repair or replace Apple products in the fastest way possible. As an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP), we are the first port of call for all Apple products: Whether service or repairs, be it iPhone, iPad or Mac: we find a solution for every Apple device. Inside and outside the warranty.

Key Account Management Business.

From a doctor's practice to a major international corporation: you are the first point of contact for our business customers and provide them with comprehensive support. Together with our customers, we find the optimal solution for every ICT task and support them in digitalisation. As a key account manager, you work closely with central purchasing, customer operations and logistics as well as external strategic partners.

Key Account Management Education.

Help to digitise the education system. Whether kindergartens, primary schools, upper secondary schools or special and public schools: We offer not only customised technical solutions, but also pedagogical advice, guidance and support. Close cooperation with the PICTS, the TICTS and with the school management is central here. Our eduPackage supports teachers and learners so that they can concentrate on what is important: teaching and learning. In this team, you work hand in hand with central purchasing, customer operations, logistics and our suppliers.

Customer Operations.

Bring Apple into companies and schools - and take care of servers, networks, firewalls, printers & co. We also support various cloud services and ensure smooth interaction with the Apple devices. Thanks to Jamf or Filewave, DQ Solutions can manage the devices centrally - directly on site or through our own service. System engineers who specialise in Apple, servers, storage, networks and security, together with our customer service, are exactly the right people to contact.

Marketing.

Here you are needed as a creative head! You communicate externally and internally. You make the marketing messages and campaigns of DQ Solutions and Apple heard with images, texts and videos. Graphic designers, social media professionals, digital marketers and specialists in e-commerce and content commerce always create the best content online and offline.

Purchasing.

You are responsible for purchasing administration, which handles all orders with external partners, and product management. Here you define the product range and pricing together with the individual departments and are responsible for supply chain management across the Retail, Business and Education divisions.

Finance.

You ensure correct and timely accounting. In the finance team, you are the contact person and service provider for the DQ Solutions family for all accounting-relevant processes and provide managers with recipient-oriented reporting. You also maintain contact with customers, suppliers and banks.

Logistics.

You assemble the delivered and ordered goods in the central logistics in Dietikon and are responsible for a quick and safe delivery by the Swiss Post or another transport company. With our own branches, there is a daily shift.
