Description.

Insight Heart is an augmented reality application that displays the human heart on the iPad screen through the camera in the room.


The heart is displayed as a three-dimensional image.

This app is a great way for pupils to examine the heart as a visual object. You can move around the heart with the iPad, enlarge it and have the most important parts labelled.


Various heart conditions and heart problems can be visualised with the help of buttons. If you tap on the heart, it is displayed in cross-section so that you can also observe the processes inside. It is also possible to feel your own heartbeat with an Apple Watch and let the virtual heart beat to your own rhythm.
