Defective iPads are in good hands with us. As an Apple Authorised Service Provider, we are the competent specialist for all iPad repairs.
We understand how important this iPad is for everyday life and would like to help you find a competent solution for your defective Apple device. As an Apple authorized service partner with technically certified employees, we only use original Apple spare parts for repairs.
The defective iPad can be delivered directly to the store or registered via our repair registration.
Defects that are not self-inflicted will be repaired free of charge within the device warranty. For devices that are outside the warranty, we will be happy to provide a cost estimate for a fee.
It is possible to extend the device warranty and thus cover possible repair costs for three to four years from the date of purchase. We recommend creating a data backup before the iPad is handed in to us. We need both the device code and the Apple ID for functional tests.

Simply drop by one of the stores or make an appointment.
We use only genuine Apple displays and replacement parts.
You can drop off your defective or damaged iPad for repair at any of our stores.
Contact the desired store now and select the appropriate service option in the store.
Repairs up to CHF 198.– are carried out without a cost estimate.
Cost estimate: iPad max. CHF 49.50.
If no errors can be found, we charge a processing fee of CHF 99.– (even in the warranty period). Software errors are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a defect due to external impact (e.g. liquid or fall), a cost estimate will generally be provided.
