I have called the Apple world my home for more than 15 years now. After working as a branch manager in St.Gallen, I now look after our education customers in Eastern Switzerland. I am happy to advise you with my expertise and experience to find the best possible solution for your requirements.
I started at DQ Solutions in the Zug branch, where I was already looking after school clients. After that, I worked for a few years as a manager in various branches, from where we looked after local institutions. Today I advise and support schools in the use of iPads and Macs.

During my nine years as a primary school teacher at various school levels, my fascination for digital media and the countless opportunities and possibilities they open up in education was awakened. After a short detour into the world of information science, I am now an Apple trainer who inspires and motivates teachers in practical and needs-oriented workshops and coaching sessions.
I got to know DQ as a customer and then worked for many years in sales, technology and support. I later took over the management of several branches where I looked after school and business customers. Now I'm looking forward to the new challenge in the DQ Education team and will build up and intensify the support for schools and business customers.

Ever since my father bought me a Mac Classic II at school, I have been addicted to the Mac and Apple. Today, I can look back on 25 years of experience at Apple resellers and look forward to sharing and passing on my enthusiasm for Apple with customers every day. Since 2021 I am now Account Manager Education at DQ Solutions and appreciate the daily contact with customers from the school sector. The digital transformation in schools is a big challenge for everyone involved. It motivates me to advise and accompany schools on this path.

On one of the first Macs in Switzerland, I was able to develop an authoring system for schools as a canteen teacher and doctoral student. I came to IT in 1982 as a career changer. Since then, I have held various positions in the management and sales of IT companies. Apple products have fascinated me from the beginning and have always been the focus of my activities. Today, as an account manager, I look after schools and institutes of higher education as well as some large companies. My job is to evaluate the needs of customers, advise them, create individual offers and find solutions. What I particularly appreciate about my work is the personal contact with our customers.

In order to ensure comprehensive training for all teachers, different training approaches are needed to meet different needs. Since the iPad has been on the market, I have been using it in my teaching. In all these years I have gained a lot of experience that I would like to pass on to interested people.
The topic of future skills has occupied me since my training as an edupreneur. At first, I dealt with the teaching of analogue content. Now the digital component has been added. How do we teach children the most important skills for an uncertain future? I would like to get to the bottom of this exciting question at DQ Solutions and, together with the children and schools, make possible answers playful and digitally experienceable.
