This is how you can pay at our shop.
In the DQ Solutions online shop you can pay with TWINT, by credit card or PostFinance Card, by prepayment or even by monthly invoice. Select the desired payment method at the end of your order.
In our branches, you also have the option of paying via Apple Pay or with our DQ Solutions gift cards.
As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview.
When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC and the GTC of POWERPAY.
ReFresh by HeidiPay gives you the option of paying for your online purchase in installments.After settling all debts and outstanding receivables, you become the owner of the purchased product.Heidi Pay Switzerland AG, based in 1207 Geneva, acts as an external payment service provider and offers financing options for installment purchases. DQ transfers the purchase price claim to Heidi Pay Switzerland AG.
With the conclusion of the purchase contract and the transfer of the purchase price claim, Heidi Pay Switzerland AG takes over the processing of the installment payments and the collection. The prerequisite for such an installment purchase is the acceptance of the corresponding GTC of Heidi Pay Switzerland AG in addition to the GTO of DQ. This acceptance means that you enter into an independent contractual relationship with Heidi Pay Switzerland AG.
The credit card is a convenient, fast and secure method of payment. Your order is triggered immediately after we have received the card provider's approval. Additional security for credit card payments is provided by MasterCard Secure Code TM and Verified by Visa with the entry of your personal password. We accept VISA and Master Card.

Pay quickly, easily and cashlessly with TWINT. You can either connect the TWINT app directly to your account or deposit a credit card or load credit onto the app to pay easily with your (Android or iOS) smartphone.
By paying on pick-up at one of our branches, your order is triggered immediately. The ordered goods can then be conveniently collected from the selected branch and paid for with all common means of payment.
As soon as we receive your payment, the ordered goods will be shipped. You will find the payment information in your order confirmation.
