DQ Check-up ensures that your IT infrastructure is regularly checked and assessed.
We take care of your concerns and ensure an up-to-date IT environment.
After an initial inventory of your IT infrastructure1 , we set up a regular check of your IT and monitor it for malfunctions, error messages, pending updates, etc..Stay informed - after each check, a report is sent to you, which provides information about the condition. You will be informed in case of any abnormality and the further procedure will be discussed together. If action is required, we will start solving the problem as soon as possible2.
Frequency – according to your needs, the frequency of the checks can be defined. Choose between the following options:
1 Readiness Check: only needed so that we know that a certain standard of components is being used, so that we are able to check the IT conscientiously (so that it is still supported etc.)
2 Support and service work is not included in the DQ Check-up fee.
