At our stores, our certified employees evaluate each case individually and verify the warranty of the accessory. Just bring us your Apple device including all accessories (power supply, cables, etc.) so that we can make a diagnosis. If possible, defective parts will be replaced. If the Apple accessories can be repaired, we take care of the processing and the transfer to the repair center.
