Hourly packages are a good variant,
to get our services at a reduced price.

Hour packages.

Depending on the size of the hourly package, the price per hour decreases. The hours of the package can be used for all services (installations, interventions and support) on site or remotely - also for initial installations. Travel costs will be charged separately, see under travel flat rates. It is up to you how many hours you purchase at which price and in which time span you would like to obtain them from us.

Hours can also be carried over to the new year.

Consulting and repairs cannot be paid with the hourly package, as other rates apply.

Combine the hourly package with other DQ services.

A combination of hourly package and maintenance contract or SLA makes sense but is not mandatory.
