Following the merger of Data Quest AG with the companies Letec and Ingenodata, the previously parallel brands have been operating together under the new DQ Solutions brand since fall 2018.
What began as a two-man company in 1991 has now grown into a modern ICT service provider with around 300 employees. With offices in 13 locations in German-speaking Switzerland, DQ Solutions is now the most competent and comprehensive provider of solutions for Apple products. Throughout Europe, DQ Solutions is the only group of companies that can serve private, corporate and educational customers as authorized Apple experts.
In our stores, you will be served by our employees, who are ready to help you with words and deeds in order to find the optimal solution for your needs together with you. We offer beginner and advanced training courses on Apple in our course locations, and you can also rent our training rooms for your own training courses.
For maintenance and repair work, our offices have their own service organization. All technicians employed by us are certified by Apple and specialized in the maintenance and repair of Apple devices. Our service centers always strive for the annually awarded status of Apple Premium Service Provider.
We offer business customers a broad, coordinated range of solutions with ICT expertise that extends beyond Apple: From complete industry solutions to service and maintenance services to outsourcing service and areas of your IT infrastructure in first-class quality.
In the education sector, DQ Solutions is the market-leading partner with a comprehensive range of products for schools, institutes, students and teachers. We support educational institutions in ICT projects with our experience competently from project design to implementation and training.

The motivation of our approximately 300 employees is based on the enthusiasm for the product "Apple" and the resulting joy in the committed passing on of this experience. More than 15 percent of our employees are apprentices. They receive intensive and professional support in our company during their training period so that they can successfully complete their training. We strive to offer them permanent employment after they have successfully passed their final apprenticeship examinations in order to retain their knowledge and skills in our company and to help shape the success of our company.
