2. Your new device and the return label for the old one will be sent to you.

3. Create a Backup your Data.

4. Transfer all your data to your new device.

5. Make your old Device ready for return: Deactivate FindMy, remove SIM card.

6. Send the old device within 7 days of receipt of the new.

What happens if I want to keep my device?

If you want to keep your device, simply pay the remaining outstanding balance according to your ReFresh contract.

What happens if I want to return my device and terminate my ReFresh contract?

You can return your device and terminate the contract, provided the device is in good condition. It must not have any major damage and must be functional. You will receive more detailed criteria for device condition assessment from us.

In case of loss of the device, the contract with Heylight must still be fulfilled.

If your device is in poor condition, you have the option to trade it in through our Trade-In Program (see Condition C). The residual value according to the credit agreement with Heylight must be settled.
