The service can only be provided for the HomePod and supplied original accessories (i) in the event of material or manufacturing defects and (ii) for an unlimited number of repairs in case of accidental damage during use. The replacement parts or devices provided by Apple as part of a repair or exchange may be new or previously used original Apple products that have been tested and meet Apple's functional requirements.
