Replacement and Warranty
At our locations, our certified staff assess each case individually and check the accessory’s warranty status.
Please bring your Apple device along with all accessories (power adapter, cables, etc.) so we can run a full diagnosis. Where possible, faulty parts will be replaced. If your Apple accessory can be repaired, we’ll handle the process and forward it to the repair centre.
