All our service technicians are certified by Apple and have a wide range of expertise in handling, setting up and connecting Apple devices. With on-site support, customers benefit from fast problem resolution.

Procedure and billing.

You can register for a personal appointment on site or at a DQ Solutions store by phone or using our contact form. For the assignment of the affected Apple device, we need the serial number. A short description of the problem is also very helpful. Billing takes place in 15 minute intervals directly or on account.
