Through our professional pick-up service for Apple devices, effort and time loss are minimized.
Our approach is simple.
Step 1
Registration by phone
Register the defective Apple device with us by phone and have it ready for pickup. 1
Step 2
Quick pickup
No later than the next business day, the Apple device will be picked up on-site by our logistics service provider. We provide a special transport container to securely package the device and dispatch it immediately to our service department. 2
Step 3
Direct delivery
After the repair3, the Apple device will be delivered immediately on-site.
1: Applies to iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Apple TV, MacBook, Mac mini, iMac, Mac Pro, and Pro Display XDR 2: For large devices (iMac and Apple displays) the original packaging is required.
3: Repairs are carried out depending on warranty coverage or following prior cost approval.

If the Apple device is outside the warranty period, only the actual repair costs must be borne. Pickup & Return can be purchased from one device and is valid for either 3, 4, or 5 years from the date of purchase.
