As an Apple-authorised service partner with technically certified staff, we use only Apple genuine spare parts for repairs. You can drop off your faulty iPad directly in-store or report it via our repair form.
Faults not caused by you are repaired free of charge during the device warranty period. For out-of-warranty devices, we’re happy to provide a cost estimate for a fee.
You can extend your device’s warranty to cover repair costs for three to four years from the date of purchase. We recommend creating a backup before handing in your iPad. We’ll need both your device passcode and Apple ID for functionality tests.

iPad Repair Price Overview
Repairs up to CHF 198.– are carried out without a prior cost estimate.
Cost estimate: iPad max. CHF 49.50.
If no fault is found, we charge a processing fee of CHF 99.– (even during the warranty period). Software issues are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. A cost estimate is always provided for damage caused by external factors (e.g. liquid or impact).
