Sleep apnea notifications: Sleep apnea notifications are available on Apple Watch Series 9 and later, Ultra 2 and later, and SE 3. The feature is designed to detect signs of moderate to severe sleep apnea in people aged 18 and older who have not been diagnosed with sleep apnea.


High Blood Pressure Notifications: High Blood Pressure Notifications are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 22, individuals who have been diagnosed with chronic high blood pressure (hypertension), or pregnant individuals.


Workout Tracking: Tested without iPhone and with heart rate monitor enabled during workout sessions in power reserve mode. The tests were conducted by Apple in July and August 2025 using prototypes of the Apple Watch Ultra 3. All devices were tested with prototypes of the software. Battery life varies depending on usage, configuration, cellular network, signal strength, and many other factors. Actual runtime may vary.

Emergency SOS via satellite: Emergency SOS requires a satellite connection, a cellular connection, or Wi-Fi calling with an internet connection from your Apple Watch or iPhone nearby. You can make an emergency call from many locations using Apple Watch models with cellular, provided there is network coverage. Some cellular networks may not allow emergency calls from your Apple Watch if your Apple Watch is not activated, if it is incompatible or not configured for use on a particular network, if cellular is not set up, or if the cellular network does not support emergency calls via IMS.
