With integrated Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi dual band 2.4G/5G, the SIP-T54W ensures you can keep up with modern wireless technology. The integrated USB 2.0 port allows USB recording or direct connection of a wired/wireless USB headset or up to three Yealink EXP50 expansion modules. With these features, the Yealink SIP-T54W is a powerful and expandable office phone that optimises efficiency and productivity in the workplace.

User friendly

The Yealink SIP-T54W has an adjustable 4.3-inch colour LCD screen that you can easily adjust to the viewing angle that is comfortable for you. In terms of audio quality, the SIP-T54W is coupled with the latest version of Yealink Optimal HD Voice technologies, including Yealink Acoustic Shield technology, which effectively eliminates background distractions and noise and delivers crystal clear voice even in a noisy environment. The HAC handset complies with the latest Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) regulations and helps people with hearing loss to hear their voice more clearly.

Wireless transmission

The Yealink SIP-T54W has built-in Bluetooth 4.2 for Bluetooth headsets and WiFi dual band for WLAN connectivity. Also, if you want to extend the range or share a phone system with your small team by adding multiple handsets, simply turn your IP phone into a cordless phone via DECT technology. In addition, the IP phone can work with Yealink VC Desktop to share content from your laptop, making collaboration much easier.

High expandability

An integrated USB 2.0 port allows you to record calls via a USB stick. this USB port also allows you to connect a wired/wireless USB headset without having to connect the Yealink EHS36 and connect up to 3 Yealink EXP50 expansion modules, which are programmable with up to 180 direct call buttons.

Efficient installation and deployment

The Yealink SIP-T54W supports efficient deployment and effortless mass provisioning with Yealink's Redirection and Provisioning Service (RPS) and boot mechanism to provide you with zero touch provisioning without complex manual settings. In addition, a unified firmware and Auto-P template that applies to the T53/T53W/T54W/T57W phone models saves even more time and cost for businesses, and simplifies management and maintenance.

Easy installation thanks to PoE

This network-enabled device is powered by Power over Ethernet (PoE) via the Ethernet cable. The main advantage of PoE is that you do not need a power supply cable. This allows you to install Ethernet-connected devices even in hard-to-reach places or in areas where a lot of cables would get in the way. You save installation costs and can increase the reliability of the connected devices by using a central uninterruptible power supply (UPS) if required.

Cordless convenience thanks to Bluetooth interface

This telephone has an integrated Bluetooth interface. You do not need an adapter to connect a cordless, Bluetooth-enabled headset to the device.
