We are an experienced team of professionals who are well-versed with Apple in the academic environment and can competently advise you on your purchases and the implementation of your goals. Zurich, ZHdK ITZ Shop, Bern, and Basel. An account manager will competently and reliably take care of all your concerns. He acts as a liaison between your institute and DQ Solutions. For larger procurements/projects, he follows the project through to successful completion.

I came to the Mac in 1987, and entered computer sales about 20 years later. Apple's products have always been at the center of my interest, both in education and at work. Today, I lead the team that handles webshop and direct connection orders in the higher education sector and communicates with the customers.

In 1982, I entered the field of computer science as a career changer. Since then, I have held various roles in management and sales within IT companies. From the beginning, I have been fascinated by Apple products, which have always been at the core of my activities. Today, as an Account Manager, I oversee schools and institutes of higher education as well as some large corporations. My task is to evaluate the needs of the clients, advise them, create individual offers, and find solutions. What I value most about my work is the personal contact with our customers.

I completed my vocational training as a Sales Consultant in 2021 at DQ Solutions. I assist customers via email, phone, and webshop in finding the right product for their needs. Since 2023, I have been managing various partners in the higher education sector.

I have been working as a Sales Consultant for Apple products since 1992. At ZHdK, we operate a shop for students and lecturers. They greatly appreciate receiving competent advice from me when they need a new laptop, for example. For me, it is always interesting to learn in conversations what the customers create with their devices in everyday life.

During my teenage years, I was always interested in why Apple systems are so popular among creative minds like producers, DJs, and visual artists. After switching from Windows to Mac in 2012, I quickly recognized what makes the difference. Apple devices impress with their reliability, and working with a Mac allows one to experience a special «Flow». Since 2017, I have been committed at DQ Solutions to providing customized complete solutions for our customers, so they too can experience this «Flow» in their daily lives.

My motivation: to excite schools and individuals about Apple, to win them over as partners, and to design forward-looking, innovative solutions together.
