Description
Protection for your iPhone with theft and loss
AppleCare+ gives you the best service for your iPhone - with expert Apple phone support and up to two years of additional hardware protection. Up to two accidental damage repairs are covered. These repairs are subject to a service fee of CHF 29 for glass breakage and CHF 99 for other damage.
Coverage against theft and loss is CHF 129: If your iPhone is lost or stolen, a replacement device can be sent to you in all countries where theft and loss are covered. For coverage against theft and loss, "Where is?" must be activated on your device at the time of loss or theft and throughout the insured event.

Tips for using the services
Repair service is available from Data Quest or any Apple iPhone Authorised Service Provider or Apple Retail Store throughout Europe. If you need service, you can also register your iPhone directly with Apple online.
In our experience, replacement takes only a few days if you register online. In the Apple Store, replacement or repair is carried out quickly on the registration date. Online, Apple offers the possibility of an advance exchange (after depositing your credit card as security), i.e. you send in the defective iPhone after receiving the replacement iPhone.
The Apple hotline provides free information on problems with the original Apple apps and iOS. (Not, however, for third-party apps)

As Applecare+ is an insurance product, you can only purchase it from us at the same time as buying your device. You must be resident or have your registered office in Switzerland and be 18 years of age or older.
