Protection for your iPhone

AppleCare+ gives you the best possible service for your iPhone - with telephone support from Apple experts and up to two years of additional hardware protection. Up to two repairs are covered in the event of accidental damage. For these repairs, there is only a service fee of CHF 29 for glass breakage and CHF 99 for other damage.

Services with Applecare+ for 2 years after purchase

  • 2 years fast replacement or repair in the event of hardware damage
  • 2 years instead of 90 days of free technical support on the Applecare hotline ( 0848 000 132, at the local rate)
  • Replacement of the built-in battery if it has less than 50% of the original capacity
  • 2 repairs/replacements if the iPhone is accidentally damaged (service fee only)
  • Europe-wide coverage

Tips for utilising the services

You can claim the repair services at Data Quest or at any service provider or Apple Store authorised by Apple for iPhone throughout Europe. You can also register your iPhone for repair directly online with Apple.

In our experience, it only takes a few days to replace your iPhone if you register it online; in the Apple Store, a replacement or repair will be completed quickly on the registration date. Online, Apple offers the possibility of an advance exchange (after depositing your credit card as security), i.e. you send in the defective iPhone after receiving the replacement iPhone.

The Apple hotline provides free information on problems with the originally installed Apple apps and iOS. (But not for third-party apps)

As Applecare+ is an insurance product, you can only purchase it from us at the same time as you buy your device. You must be resident or have your registered office in Switzerland and be 18 years of age or older.
