Protection for your iPad
With AppleCare+, you have the best possible service for your iPad - with telephone support from Apple experts and up to two years of additional hardware protection. Including an unlimited number of repairs for accidental damage, each of which is subject to an additional charge.
Additional fees
- All iPad models announced after 1 May 2024: CHF 29 for screen repair and CHF 99 for all other unintentional damage
- All other iPad models: CHF 59 - for unintentional damage
- Apple Pencil or iPad keyboards from Apple: CHF 29 -
- For screen repair, the additional fee only applies to qualified iPad models if there is no other damage. The list of all qualified models can be found in the AppleCare+ General Terms and Conditions for iPad.
Services with AppleCare+ for 2 years after purchase
- 2 years of fast replacement or repair for hardware damage
- 2 years instead of 90 days of free technical support on the Applecare hotline ( 0848 000 132, at the local rate)
- Replacement of the built-in battery if it has less than 50% of the original capacity
- 2 repairs/replacements in the event of accidental damage to the iPad (additional charge, see above)
- Europe-wide coverage
You can take advantage of the repair services at any Apple authorised service provider throughout Europe, including Data Quest and Letec.
The Apple hotline provides free information on problems with the originally installed Apple apps and iOS. (But not for third-party apps)
Further provisions
As Applecare+ is an insurance product, you can only purchase it from us at the same time as you buy your device. You must be resident or have your registered office in Switzerland and be 18 years of age or older.
