Retail
Be part of the largest independent Apple dealer in Switzerland. Our focus in the 11 branches is on expertise and services before and after the purchase of an Apple product. At the Zurich location, we are the first partner in Europe to have received the highest status as an Apple Premium Partner (APP).
Repair
Contribute to repairing or replacing Apple products in the fastest way possible. As an authorized Apple Service Provider (AASP), we are the first point of contact for all Apple products: Whether service or repairs, be it iPhone, iPad, or Mac: we find a solution for every Apple device, within and outside the warranty.
Key Account Management Business
From the doctor's office to the international large corporation: You are the first point of contact for our business customers and provide them with comprehensive support. Together with our customers, we find the optimal solution for every IT task and support them in digitalization. As a Key Account Manager, you work closely with central purchasing, customer operations, logistics, and external strategic partners.
Key Account Management Education
Help digitize the education system. Whether kindergartens, primary schools, upper secondary schools, or special and private schools: We offer not only customized technical solutions but also educational consulting, support, and guidance. Close collaboration with PICTS, TICTS, and school management is central here. Our eduPackage supports teachers and learners so that they can focus on what's essential: teaching and learning. In this team, you work hand in hand with central purchasing, customer operations, logistics, and our suppliers.
Customer Operations
Bring Apple into companies and schools - and take care of servers, network, firewall, printers & Co. We also support various cloud services and ensure smooth interaction with Apple devices. Thanks to Jamf or Filewave, DQ Solutions can centrally manage the devices - either on-site or through our own service. System Engineers, who specialize in Apple, server, storage, network, security are here along with customer service exactly the right contacts.
Marketing
Here you are asked as a creative mind! You communicate externally and internally. In doing so, you give voice to the marketing messages and campaigns of DQ Solutions and Apple with images, texts, and videos. Graphic designers, social media professionals, digital marketers, and specialists in e-commerce and content commerce consistently create the best content online and offline.
Shopping
You are dedicated to procurement administration, which handles all orders with external partners and product management. Here, you define the product range and pricing together with the individual departments and are responsible for supply chain management across the retail, business, and education sectors.
Finances
You are responsible for accurate and timely accounting. Within the finance team, you serve as the contact person and service provider for all accounting-relevant processes for the DQ Solutions-Family, and you provide management with appropriate reporting. You also maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and banks.
logistics
In the central logistics in Dietikon, you assemble the delivered and ordered goods and are responsible for a quick and safe delivery by Swiss Post or another transport company. A shift takes place daily with our own branches.
