Payment methods
In the online store of DQ Solutions, payments can be made using TWINT, credit card, PostFinance Card, advance payment, monthly invoice, or Refresh by Heylight. Simply select the desired payment method at the end of an order. In our branches, there is also the option to pay via Apple Pay or with our DQ Solutions gift cards.

acts as an external payment service provider offering the payment method "Purchase on Account". With the individual invoice, online purchases can be easily settled by invoice. If payment is foregone within the specified timeframe, a monthly invoice with an order summary will be sent subsequently in the following month. Upon conclusion of the purchase contract,

ReFresh by Heylight – installment purchase
Through Heylight, there is the possibility to pay for online purchases in installments. After settling all liabilities and outstanding claims, the buyer becomes the owner of the purchased product.

Heylight AG, based in 1207 Geneva, acts as an external payment service provider and offers financing options for installment purchases. In this process, DQ transfers the purchase price claim to Heylight AG.
Upon completion of the purchase contract and the transfer of the purchase price claim, Heylight AG takes over the processing of installment payments and collections. A prerequisite for such an installment purchase is the acceptance of the corresponding terms and conditions of Heylight AG in addition to those from DQ. This acceptance leads to our customers entering into an independent contractual relationship with Heylight AG.

Orders are triggered immediately after the consent of the card provider. For additional security with credit card payments, MasterCard Secure Code TM and Verified by Visa provide security through the entry of the personal password. We accept VISA and Master Card.

Payments can be made easily and securely using the PostFinance Card and personal login at PostFinance. Orders are triggered immediately after confirmation by PostFinance.

Pay quickly, easily, and cashlessly with TWINT. The TWINT app can be directly linked to your account. Alternatively, a credit card can be stored or credit loaded onto the app to make payments easily via smartphone (Android or iOS).

Payment upon collection
By paying upon collection at one of our branches, orders are immediately triggered. The ordered goods can then be conveniently picked up at the chosen branch and paid for using all common payment methods.
