Baden School
ICT Support Elective – Pupils support fellow pupils and teachers
Around 3,000 children and young people are taught at Baden School. The school stages include kindergarten and primary levels across seven sites, as well as lower secondary (Years 7–9) at two locations. The «ICT Support» project began around 2019 with the introduction of the 1:1 computer model. It quickly became clear that the success of this model depended on low-threshold, readily accessible support. After thorough analysis and testing, a key insight emerged: at Burghalden School—with around 1,000 pupils—there are certainly students with a talent and interest in IT support, possibly considering a career in IT.This initiative pursued two goals: firstly, to enable pupils to provide in-school support for peers and teachers; secondly, to foster their career prospects by preparing them for potential entry into the IT industry.DQ Solutions supports this initiative with comprehensive, school-specific consulting and valuable expertise for successful implementation.
«DQ Solutions is a central partner, supporting us—as a large school—in gradually managing digital transformation.»
