Information about the purchase

2. The AppleCare+ protection begins on the purchase date of AppleCare+. Accidental damage refers to physical damage incurred during operation as a result of unexpected and unintended events.

3. The service can only be used for the iPad, supplied original accessories, a compatible Apple Pencil, and a compatible iPad Keyboard from Apple, which are used together with the iPad, or for batteries that have less than 80% of their original capacity. An additional fee applies for each repair due to accidental damage. For all iPad mini (A17 Pro), 11" iPad Pro (M4), 13" iPad Pro (M4), 11" iPad Air (M2), and 13" iPad Air (M2) models, an additional fee of CHF 29.– is charged for screen repairs and CHF 99.– for all other accidental damages. The additional fee for accidental damages for all other iPad models is CHF 59.–. The additional fee for screen repairs is only charged for iPad mini (A17 Pro), 11" iPad Pro (M4), 13" iPad Pro (M4), 11" iPad Air (M2), and 13" iPad Air (M2) models if no other damages are present. The additional fee for the Apple Pencil or the iPad Keyboard from Apple is CHF 29.–. The replacement parts or devices provided by Apple during a repair or exchange may be new or previously used original Apple products that have been tested and meet Apple's functional requirements.
4. In international service, Apple may use a comparable iPad model or parts for servicing your iPad that comply with the legal regulations of the respective country. Service options and fees may vary.
5. The availability of each service option depends on the country or region where the service is requested, and the location of the Apple Authorized Service Provider. The services may be subject to certain restrictions.
