Following the merger of Data Quest AG with the companies Letec and Ingenodata, the previously parallel brands have been operating together under the new brand DQ Solutions since autumn 2018. What began in 1991 as a two-man company has grown into a modern ICT service provider with around 300 employees. With branches at 11 locations in German-speaking Switzerland, DQ Solutions is today the most competent and comprehensive provider of solutions around Apple products. Throughout Europe, DQ Solutions is the only corporate group that can serve private, corporate, and educational sector customers as an authorized Apple expert.

In our branches, you will be served by our staff who will assist you with advice and action to find the optimal solution for your needs together with you. We offer beginner and advanced training courses on the topic of Apple in our course rooms, and you can also rent our training rooms for your own training sessions. For maintenance and repair work, our branches have their own service organization. All technicians employed by us are certified by Apple and specialize in the maintenance and repair of Apple devices. Our service centers always strive for the annually awarded status of an Apple Authorized Service Provider. For business customers, we offer a wide range of coordinated solutions with ICT competence that goes beyond Apple: From complete industry solutions to service and maintenance services to outsourcing service and areas of your IT infrastructure in first-class quality. In the education sector, DQ Solutions is the market-leading partner with a comprehensive product range for schools, institutes, students, and teachers. We competently support educational institutions in ICT projects from project design to implementation and training.

The motivation of our approximately 300 employees is based on their enthusiasm for the product 'Apple' and the resulting joy in passionately sharing these experiences. Expertise, identification with the company's goals, and teamwork are essential requirements, which are met with great personal responsibility and appropriate salaries. Over 15 percent of our employees are apprentices. They are intensively and professionally supported in our company during their training period, so that they can successfully complete their education. We strive to offer them a permanent employment contract after successfully passing their final exams, in order to retain their knowledge and skills in our company and to contribute to the success of our business.

We are also certified according to ISO 9001:2015. This means that we belong to the 10% of companies that follow this international standard.
