Remote Support
We offer direct and active support via remote maintenance under secure conditions. Customers can participate live, watch, and do not have to inconveniently take their device to a service center.
For remote maintenance, we rely on TeamViewer, a user-friendly solution even for beginners. Under the guidance of our technicians, handling is simple, and customers always maintain control: Access is only granted through a unique numerical combination that is regenerated for each session and communicated by phone.
