2. The AppleCare+ protection begins on the purchase date of AppleCare+. Accidental damage means physical damage during operation due to unexpected and unintended events.
3. The service can only be used for the Mac and supplied original accessories or for batteries that have less than 80% of their original capacity. The replacement parts or devices provided by Apple as part of a repair or exchange may be new or previously used original Apple products that have been tested and meet Apple's functional requirements.
4. In international service, Apple may use a comparable Mac model or parts for servicing your Mac that comply with the legal regulations of the respective country. Service options and fees may vary.
5. The availability of each service option depends on the country or region where the service is requested, and the location of the Apple Authorized Service Provider. The services may be subject to certain restrictions.
