Our primary goal is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We aim to provide optimal service. Therefore, here you will find all information about our shipping, pickup, and delivery times. Should any questions remain, our customer service is available at any time by phone or email.
Shipping costs
Within Switzerland, we deliver free of charge. Shipping is generally done by Swiss Post with A-Priority. For orders under a merchandise value of CHF 49, a small quantity surcharge of CHF 8 is charged.
Delivery time
For orders placed before 5:00 PM and subject to a positive stock availability, the product will be shipped the same day. The postal service generally delivers shipments on the next business day. Orders placed before a holiday by 1:00 PM will be delivered by the postal service on the next business day. For products that are only available in one of our stores and not in the shipping warehouse, delivery may be delayed by 2 to 3 business days.
Products that we do not have in stock, we are happy to order. With consideration for the environment, partial deliveries are not made. All ordered products are shipped together in one package as soon as the last product has arrived at our shipping warehouse.
Shipments over 30 kg
Shipments over 30 kg, such as large printers, are sent by truck. These usually take 2 to 3 working days longer.
Collection from a branch
All products can be ordered online and picked up at one of our branches. For this, the desired location must be selected. If a product is in stock at another branch, it takes 2 to 3 business days to transfer the goods to the desired branch. We are happy to order products that are not in stock. As soon as the products are ready for pickup, we will inform the customers.
