Through our professional pick-up and repair service for Apple devices, effort and time loss are minimized.
Our approach is simple.
Step 1
Registration by phone
Register the defective Apple device with us by phone and have it ready for pickup. 1
Step 2
Quick pickup
No later than the next business day, the Apple device will be picked up on-site by our logistics service provider. We provide a special transport container to securely package the device and dispatch it immediately to our service department. 2
Step 3
Direct delivery
After the repair, the Apple device will be delivered immediately on-site.

If the Apple device is outside the warranty period, only the actual repair costs must be borne. DQ Pickup & Repair can be purchased from one device and is valid for either 3, 4, or 5 years from the date of purchase.
