Bring your Apple device.

We will inspect your device on site and inform you of its current value. If you agree, the amount will be transferred to you, credited to your DQ Solutions customer account or credited to your new device.

Trade-In by post

Send in your Apple device.

Send us your Trade-In device by post with your contact details (address, phone number, email address) and a note saying 'Trade-in'. We will check everything and let you know the value of your device. If you agree, we will send you the money or credit it to your account.
