Ubiquiti Access Point U7 Lite WiFi 7
The UniFi U7 Lite brings the latest WiFi 7 technology in a compact form. With up to 4.3 Gbps in the 5 GHz band and a 2.5 GbE connection, this access point is perfect for offices, businesses and demanding home networks. Thanks to MU-MIMO, band steering and fast roaming, a stable and high-performance connection is guaranteed for numerous end devices.
Future-proof with WiFi 7
The UniFi U7 Lite utilises the latest 802.11be (WiFi 7) technology and enables higher bandwidth, lower latency and improved network stability. Support for EHT (Extremely High Throughput) 240 MHz ensures fast data transfers, while 2x2 MU-MIMO enables more efficient network load balancing across multiple devices.
Optimised connectivity for modern networks
With a 2.5 GbE RJ45 connection, the U7 Lite offers a future-proof connection to existing network infrastructures. Thanks to PoE support (42.5-57V DC), installation is simple and flexible. The integration of 802.11r/k/v ensures seamless roaming in mesh environments and minimises delays when connecting end devices.
Flexible installation and robust design
The U7 Lite can be mounted on ceilings or walls and is supplied with a sturdy Lite mount kit. The housing is made of UV-stabilised polycarbonate, which ensures a long service life. The device is also designed for operating temperatures from -30 to 40 °C and offers the highest safety standards thanks to its certifications (CE, FCC, IC).
WLAN standard 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5)
The 802.11ac Wi-Fi standard offers you up to twice as much data throughput as older standards. The increase is achieved firstly by widening the transmission bandwidth. In addition, 802.11ac allows the number of parallel data streams (Multiple Input Multiple Output, MIMO for short) to be increased to up to eight MIMO streams, whereas the 802.11n standard defines a maximum of four MIMO streams. Even large chunks of data such as videos and backups are no problem with this WLAN speed.
WLAN standard 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6)
The 802.11ax standard is the next generation of the Wi-Fi standard, which has been under continuous development for years and once again introduces an innovation with this version, also known as Wi-Fi 6. The standard builds on the advantages of the 802.11ac standard and adds efficiency, flexibility and scalability. This enables higher speeds and capacities for next-generation applications, both in new and existing networks.
WLAN standard 802.11be (Wi-Fi 7)
Wi-Fi 7, also known as IEEE 802.11be, is the latest generation of wireless network standards. With higher data rates, improved efficiency through MU-MIMO technology, lower latency and improved reliability through Bss colouring and TWT, Wi-Fi 7 promises faster, more reliable and more efficient wireless connectivity. It also supports a wider range of frequency bands to suit different environments.
