Demo devices.

Our demo devices are primarily demo equipment from our DQ stores. They therefore have no or minimal cosmetic defects, as they were used solely for display purposes. They may also be customer returns from individuals who changed their mind, with or without original packaging, which we have bought back from them.

Before sale, demo devices are professionally tested, cleaned and the data deleted by our authorised Apple technicians. The battery is checked for a minimum remaining capacity of 85% and, if necessary, replaced with an original Apple battery.

The demo device is mostly delivered in its original box with all original Apple accessories in near new condition, as originally supplied.

Alongside Apple products such as MacBook Pro, iMac, iPad, Apple Watch, iPhone and Apple accessories such as Apple Watch bands, we also offer third-party products including monitors, printers, speakers, headphones, SSDs, hard drives, network components and other accessories.

Refurbished devices

Our refurbished devices are devices used for a short time - mainly customer returns - that have been thoroughly tested, repaired and restored by our certified apple technicians to ensure they are in excellent condition. This may include replacing defective parts with original Apple replacement parts, including the battery if she has not a minimal remaining capacity of 85%. Furthermore data is deleted, the OS software is updated and original apple accessories are added if missing, according to the original shipping content. Refurbished devices are an environmentally friendly option, helping reduce electronic waste.
