The CarePlan hardware warranty offers you favourable bring-in cover against hardware defects beyond the regular warranty period. The CarePlan covers all hardware repair costs, including spare parts and labour, due to material and manufacturing defects.

Even after you have purchased your device, you can still purchase the CarePlan during the warranty period at one of our branches. To do so, please bring the warranty receipt for the device with you.

Apple products are very reliable, but if a repair is nevertheless necessary, considerable costs can be incurred. iPhones, Macs and iPads consist of a few complex, expensive individual parts, such as the display and motherboard, which have to be replaced as a whole.

In the event of a repair, return the defective device to a DQ Solutions service centre or branch or send it in with a detailed description of the fault. Our Apple-certified service technicians will carry out the repairs quickly and professionally. The ongoing CarePlan also allows you to increase the value of your device if you want to sell it on after two and a half years, for example.

* Battery failure is determined by means of a special Apple test in accordance with Apple guidelines. Replacement is excluded if the battery fails due to improper handling or due to capacity depletion caused by frequent use. Improper handling includes, among other things, deep discharge and operation and storage at extremely high temperatures. Battery exhaustion occurs after 500 to 1000 charging cycles and is also diagnosed by the Apple battery test.
