All our service technicians are Apple certified and have extensive expertise in handling, setting up, and connecting Apple devices. On-site support offers customers quick problem resolution.

Procedure and billing

Registration for a personal appointment on site or at a DQ Solutions location is done via telephone registration or our contact form. For the assignment of the affected Apple device, we need the serial number. A brief description of the problem is also very helpful. Billing is done in 15-minute intervals, either directly or by invoice.

Flat-rate travel allowance.

Hourly rate for support: CHF 198.–
