Repairs and Warranty Services
In-store repairs are usually completed within 3 to 5 working days. Mac repairs requiring manufacturer involvement typically take 10 to 14 working days. ‘In warranty’ means hardware faults are repaired free of charge during the manufacturer’s warranty period.
Fees apply for software support, data backups, loan devices, and cost estimates. After the warranty expires, we provide an additional 3-month warranty on repaired or replaced parts.
