6. Alternatively, you can also transfer your data at home and return your old device within 7 days by mail or in the store.

2. Your new device and the return label for the old one will be sent to you.
3. Create a Backup your Data.
4. Transfer all your data to your new device.
5. Prepare your old device for return: deactivate FindMy, remove SIM card.
6. Return the old device within 7 days of receiving the new one.
